Instructions for authors

Each paper (up to 8 pages long) must be written using LaTex or Word.

To ensure an overall homogeneity of the proceedings, your paper must be generated using the LaTeX style file (wsom05.sty, see the example wsom05.tex), or a Word template (wsom05.doc) (updated April, the 13^th : due to several remarks, a new style has been defined in the wsom05.sty, wsom05.tex and wsom05.doc). If you already have submitted your paper, you don’t need to make any change (it will be required only for the final version).

All papers will be peer reviewed on the basis of a full length manuscript and acceptance will be based on quality, originality and relevance. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings.

Selected conference papers will be included in “Advances in Self-Organizing Maps —WSOM’05”, a Special Issue of the journal Neural Networks, tentatively planned for the begining of 2006.
